How can I order
You can place your order easily using our website. You can find the product you like and add it to cart. Afterwards you can login and go through the ordering process. When you place your order, you will receive the order summary to your email. Order summary will also be accesible through your account section.
You can also easily reorder the products you have purchased before using the “reorder” button on any of your previously made orders. After clicking the “reorder” button the cart will open and you can change quantities or products.
What information should I input when ordering?
The information you should submit when placing your order is: First Name, Last Name, email address, shipping address, city, zip code, country and phone number. Please make sure that the above information is submited correctly, to make sure the shipment is not delayed because of wrong information.
What payment methods can I use?
You can use the following payment methods:
- Payment by credit or debit card
- Bank transfer
- Paypal

What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
If the payment is not accepted, please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact our support team at support@sorbetisland.com and notify us about the problem to manage the order manually.
How can I change delivery address?
Sign in to your account and go to “my account”. On “my account” you can view and manage all your contact, billing and shipping information.
What are the delivery charges?
We use a local courier agency to ship in Greece at €5,00
For shipping inside the European Union & the rest of the world we use UPS express shipping.
Europen Union €12,90
Worldwide shipping €25,00

Can I cancel my order?
The customer has the right to withdraw from the order before the delivery of the order to the shipping company, i.e., within 24 hours following the placing of the order. Any fees that were charged to www.sorbetisland.com for the transaction during the payment and other fees that may apply for the refund process, will be excluded from the total refund amount. Once the order has been delivered to the shipping company, the customer must pay the shipping and C.O.D. charges, which cannot be refunded.

Can I return a product?
The consumer has the right to return the purchased product easily and quickly under the following conditions:
- The request for return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products of the order placed. (Please keep the product receipt) (Withdrawal)
- The packaging has not been tampered with and is in its original (factory) condition.
In the event of a problem with the order (e.g., if it is incomplete, destroyed, damaged, etc.), the consumer is requested to inform www.sorbetisland.com by filling in the contact form available on our website within 48 hours of receipt. (Withdrawal and/or replacement)
